OUR STORY
Lost and Found Collective is an initiative started by the St. Mathews Mar Thoma Church youth group. The idea emerged from the profound inspiration of timeless parables told by Jesus in Luke chapter 15: The Lost sheep, The Lost Son, and The Lost Coin. Our mission is to design our apparel in a way that is fashionable, honours God, and spreads the Gospel. The idea of being “lost” is something everyone can identify with in their Christian walk; as repeatedly demonstrated in the Gospels, Jesus will always seek to find us, no matter how far we are, and when we return to Him, there will be rejoicing in heaven. These parables are told to show us the depth of God’s love; we are unworthy of forgiveness but God is always willing to give it.
Our role as Christians is to proclaim the Good News to all people, and our clothing provides a peaceful way to do so. We have the purposeful mission to celebrate the discovery of ourselves and the discovery of Christ’s undying love. Through our clothing, we seek to create not just a fashion statement but a statement of faith—a wearable testimony that is attractive, sparks curiosity, promotes conversations, and shares the Gospel message, inviting all to join our collective journey towards hope, redemption, and the joy of being found amidst life's trials.
